Post card with message on one side telling JWs that the homeowner wants to be put on DNC list (to be placed in window by door) Or another appropriate message.
If homeowner needs to take ANY extra effort, they will procrastinate and not do anything. On the address message side of postcard should be instrcutions.(with optional website for more info, but not required for action) On the picture side should be whatever message you determine to give to the JWs at the door.

I think it's important to figure out the easiest way for the person to get on the do not call list. A simple post card with a phone number to the local hall would be inexpensive and easy. We could also think about making a sticker or little sign that they could put on the door.
We could also think about starting a petition about JWs sending sexual predators to the doors and provide the link in the letter or postcard.
Letters to the editor of the local papers could also be used.
I think a lot of people would be very upset that Jehovah's Witnesses send known sexual predators to their doors. If we can just find a way to let people know, it could really take off.

I think local campaigns-to neighbors and newspapers-personal and local-are the most effective (the way JWs used to be before they lost their souls entirely).

Hello,
We are sending this postcard out of concern for the children in you neighborhood. As you may know, there has been a lot of news recently about how Jehovah's Witnesses handle cases of child abuse in your area. (Simply Google "Candace Conti" to see the stories.)
Our concern is that Jehovah's Witnesses have a policy of allowing known sexual predators to knock on doors. We feel this poses an unacceptable risk to children. In protest of this policy, we are asking you to request to be placed on the Jehovah's Witnesses' "Do Not Call List". You can call the local Kingdom Hall at ( ) or simply make this request the next time they visit.
It is our hope that this will help pressure the leaders of Jehovah's Witnesses to change this very dangerous policy.

Great idea Cedars!
A website with the letters, postcards and posters laid out ready to print out, would make it easy for anyone to volunteer a few hours and $10 in postage. Sending a "news release packet" to all the local papers- even neighborhood shopping papers would have quite an impact. I will help..and even "Count Time"
If just a few neighbors surrounding each Kingdom Hall in the World put a small poster on the home, fence or car..........
If those neighbors parked cars on the street before meetings...no parking at the hall . If those neighbors call police EVERYTIME children get beat outside the hall....
One suggestion...We need someone to do everything in Spanish as well. All the US "growth" is in Spanish congregations. Latin families LOVE children, focus on the molestation issues and the "Spirit Directed" actions.
