Welcome to the site, sidex. I had heard rumours of groups forming in Russia but I hadn't seen any real evidence of it.
I went to Russia (Moscow and St Petersburg) for the 1993 Moscow convention so I have a soft spot in my heart for Russia and the culture of Eastern European countries.

Myself, I am now a SBNR (Spiritual But Not Religious) simple follower of Jesus. I am against all religion and all religious organisations, and find them antithetical (opposite, hostile) to authentic and vibrant spirituality.

Even this is not what I would call major.
There are a few minor cults since 1942, one in Australia, another in Jamaica, but they are insignificant. Just psychologically damaged ex-JWs with delusions of being the messiah and small groups of followers.
