Why send a letter anyway?
Just go to the KH next Sunday and greet everyone and tell them why you have quit going to the KH. That DA letter to the elders won't be seen by any rank and file JWs- the ones who need find out- won't. Hand your short DA letter to some of the non-elder JWs and then leave.

I still think instead of DAing myself, I'd put in my letter that I'm disfellowshipping them for worshipping a publishing corporation led by false christs and false profits. And if they'd like to appeal the decision to disfellowship them, they may submit an appeal in writing within the next 7 days and a committee will be arranged to listen to the case in the city gate before all onlookers.
Hah! I love it! Good letter too, don't waste time with them with a 10 page letter. Short and sweet, indeed.
