Posting guidelines are on the bottom of each page.
Embedding youtube videos: paste the link in the composition field and highlight it, then hit the "link" icon that looks like a link from a chain (just below "font family"), then paste the link in the url field, and finally hit the "Insert" button.
Embedding pictures: upload your photo to a hosting site such as Photobucket; copy the "Direct Link" for the photo and paste it in the composition field and highlight it, then hit the "Insert/edit image" link found just below the font family (looks like a small green tree) and then paste it in "Image url" field, do a "Preview" and then hit the "Insert" button.
