Back in 1993 maybe 1992 there was an Awake magazine about reposesed memories. This magazine realy caused a stir in the congegations.

doese anyone have any info on it or better yet a PDF or a link that I can see it? Thanks

You may be thinking of the 1 November 1995 Watchtower. The webpage cited by serenitynow! (http://www.watchtower.org/e/19951101a/article_01.htm) is based on the same article. There are no differences in the text between the two versions.

Im pretty sure it was an Awake. I remember a pichure of someone looking in a mirror. And it was in 1993 or before.

I talked to Barbra Anderson And she told me the date but that was a few years ago so I forgot. I need to show it to my girl freind.

Based on a broader search, it looks as though you're describing the 8 October 1991 Awake!. It has an article called "A Time to Heal" about repressed memories, but doesn't use that exact term.

That sound about right jefrfo. That 1991 date sounds about that time. Your saying that the 1995 watchtower is the same word for word?

I'm reading the link now. One thing caught my eye in the article was: "A person who actually abuses a child sexually is a rapist and should be viewed as such."Wouldn't they be a peadophile?
