I've already got a team thing, Sparlock, Phinehas, and Ehud, the Warriors Three, fighting against the Dark Witch Natassia! But my idea was more of an '80s-style cartoon...probably wouldn't work...

Oh yes they would legally defend the good news on this. In a new york minute. They would be livid that apostates took their named evil toy and are making money from it. These are the same folks who make money from stock on weapons companys and have no moral or ethical issues with it. Hell yes they would sue.
