Boxed mac&cheese has enough salt to choke a full-grown cow. Kraft tastes better than the generic ones but they're all just annato coloring and salt mostly.
In a pinch, you can make a fair tuna casserole with a box of Kraft, a can of cream soup, a can of tuna, and maybe some peas. For a real salt overload, crush potato chips over the top before baking. Now feel those arteries hardening!
