My life is still surrounded by people who believe the Society is "God inspired or inspired of God"?? @ Notjustyet: I am going to get Don's book, I need more insight, even though I have seen, experienced and watched men trap their fellow men, like the "bird catchers". Our former family is "captive to this concept", what is going to fill the void once they figure this out? It's going to hurt alot of good men and women, boys and girls, as a Christian I hope Jesus guides many to him and does not allow them to breakdown emotionally.

@AnOmaly: Are you familiar with our brothers beliefs in Romania, or have you had any internet contact with the group who broke away from the Watchtower Society in 1990s? This was over the issue of the "Secular Authorities", I had heard Ray Franz Jr. had this concept correct the whole time, and finally we waffled back and forth and made our Eastern European brethern angry. I wish to travel to your country, (which one do you live in? @Finkel and Extractor, you both make valid points they have turned into what they claimed not to be. A 180 degree movement, and I am thinking they are truly lost, Jehovah has shut his book on them and they don't know what to do. In the days of young Samuel, the word of Jehovah had become very rare, some thought he had left Isreal, from the constant doctrine changing, attack on education, and relentless call to preach to people who are bombarded with the same, stale message, I am guessing they are figuring this game is close to over.

The WTS. were always diligent craftsmen in exploiting people's ignorance and to a further extent their inner insecurities.

The WTS. can reform and create new doctrines, change the names of its two prominent pieces of literature namely the Watchtower and Awake,

something they've done in the past and there is always going to be segment of the population that they can exploit and cultivate

How far has Armstrong's movement "The Plain Truth" made it into the 21st Century? His little group along with some of the early Bible Students hold their conventions in "Motel 6" "Best Western" and other cheap motel conference rooms. They will fade, we might hit 10,000,000 publishers and start to fall after 2014 is over, I am waiting for this date to be put into play!

The Average Jehovah's Witness has no idea how the overactive imaginations of their writers work? Seriously, Brother Russell and his wife were spoken of in the book of Ezekiel and was spoken of in Revelation? Christ was angry at the Bible Students in 1917-1919, for editing one of Charles T. Russells (Someone else wrote this book, not Russell) final works? How stupid do they think the average Witness is, this is insulting to all JWs to pass this kind of mockery off as being "old light", they are insulting Jehovah God and Jesus Christ with their cartoon like thinkings!

Almost! According to the Society's literature, the reason why Rutherford and his associates were thrown into jail was (in part) because they "compromisingly" removed objectionable pages from The Finished Mystery following governmental pressure to do so. Their incarceration is therefore hailed as evidence of Christ's anger at the organization, and subsequent cleansing thereof.
