Any unpleasant facts that get in the way of that "hope", need to be ignored- with the help of clever writers in the writing department-
This what JWs want to hear- the GB is just giving JWs what makes them clap for at the assemblies- they are not evil, per se, just providing a service that JWs are eager to pay and barter their time for.
