Got and accepted it. I can't think of any other ex-jws in your area off the top of my head, but I can recommend some other exs who are pretty cool in my estimation, if you want.

I'm having the same problem you are. I can't post under my old username, which was "somebody". I remembered my password but it wouldn't let me post so I had to creat a new username. And I'm not liking it one bit. :-)
Welcome back, and I find myself every so often going back and reading zevs old posts. When he came here he was a fence sitter. Fortunately, he hasn't gone back and he never will. :-)

Yes, Tons of things have changed and not in ways I could have ever imagined. But it has worked out to be good changes.
I am setteling in with this new ID since I started an account with gravetar and was able to get rid of my monster profile photo. I hated it.
I am signing off with my old ID which helps those who knew me way back when to remember who I am.
