That's it. Again, obviously laws vary in different jurisdictions, but here in California it would not be against the law for the elders to contact the WT Legal Department.
But it was and is negligent to not later (as in immediately) contact the authorities.
every type of media you produce will help. Who know's how many JW's this will reach in weeks, months and years to come who are unhappy with the WBTS's broken policies. The music is a nice touch.
As the story unfolds in the coming weeks and Candace does TV interviews, is it possible to splice these in? I'm sure hearing her speak will add even more to it's power although I understand this may be technically challenging.
great job

Cedars,
I think you do great work and I'm a big fan, as you know. As I stated earlier I just want to help you keep it real and anticipate arguments by would be "WT Apologists" that could undermine your message.
You know how they can be.

00DAD - Well that's what I meant and intended to say, it's just that first sentence that makes it sound like contacting the legal department is illegal. It's definitely a mistake, but I think people get the gist of what I'm saying in the sentence that immediately follows. Thanks for bringing that out!

Cedars,
You're welcome!
On your JW Survey site you can and have changed things when others have offered feedback.
Obviously it's harder to re-edit, revise and repost a video.
Maybe next time you might want to run some ideas before a select group of friends before you "go public". That's what media pros do (and they still get it wrong a lot in the rush to get things to press).
I'd be happy to volunteer my services if your interested.

Thanks 00DAD, I appreciate your offer. I'll keep that in mind!

Cedars,
Don’t sweat the detail. Just keep pushing the subject forward. Leave this brilliant piece of work as is and start on the next one.
Thomas Paine helped instigate the American Revolution with a little piece of work titled Common Sense. It was loaded with inaccuracies. But it got the job done because the underlying and predominant message was true and resonated with the citizenry.
The underlying and predominant message of your video is true and resonates with citizenry in every civilized nation on earth!

Very well done!
Thanks Marvin - I suppose raising awareness of Candace's story and pointing people in the direction of more information is the primary objective of this video, and it succeeds in that. I would prefer everything was absolutely "bullet proof", but in my haste to get it produced I let one or two details slip.
However, I can see only good coming from this video, even with the mistakes.
