As I read it, what happened is that the WTS asked the judge to prevent the plaintiff from enforcing the judgment until the post-trial motions are resolved and to prevent her from putting judgment liens on the real estate.
What clout does the plaintiff herself have "to enforce judgment"?

I haven't yet spent enough time reading this, but the idea that the Watchtower is not pl,anning or intending to defraud the plaintiff is a terrible presumption on anyone's part. AND I don't see wherte the court has acknowledged that the Watchtower itself is its OWN PRIMARlein holder. The way i understand this is that in ANY lawsuit the Watchtower r4eaps befotre anyone else can.
