Isnt the WTS article libel, after all its an obvious lie that can never win in court.

Has to be directed at a specific individual to be libel. That individual also has to demonstrate that they have suffered direct harm as a result of the article. Shunning doe not count as harm but if someone attacked you in the street telling you that it was because you were mentally diseased then you would have cause for legal action.

How the religion of Jehovah`s Witnesses ever became registered as a charitable organization is beyond me,they are discriminatory , they only help,if they ever do that is members of their own faith,or hangers on , fringe members.

They regard people of the world under Satans influence so why help them ?

This religion hides behind deception, half truths, withholding information, and evasive tactics, rationalizing and justifying all of this as "Theocratic Warfare"

Is their a way we could flood the newspaper / police with our concerns ? Would it not be beneficial to do so ? I feel that any bit of negativism against the BORG at this time could only be a good thing

    What do you think ?

Any adverse publicity is a good thing. For the mind-controlled members it will simply re-inforce their faith, but for the public it will expose the cult for what it is, so please get writing !

So many of the public look upon JW's as simply a slight irritant and just another nutty religion, the truth about the WT is much darker, and needs publicising.

Very True. I could not agree more. The most interesting thing is that, no one at all ever told me how dangerous this regligion of Jehovah's Witness is. It was by way they dealt with me that started a soul searching. I asked myself, is this the true christian religion of God that I have slaved for over ten years treating me like that? Thankfully, they are the ones who 'told' me how dangerous they are! Like everyone else, I never believed in apostates! Now, Iam an apostate, a proud one as such.To this day, I will never regret. They joy of discovering that I was not alone brought significant relief and amazement.

What was the outcome of this..? Lol, they appear (at least to me) to put themselves on a par with doctors (professionals).

"Suppose that a doctor told you to avoid contact with a cult who is infected with a contagious, deadly disease," part of the article stated.

"You would know what the doctor means, and you would strictly heed his warning. Well, cults who teach shunning, refusing blood transfusions and secretly hide paedophiles are 'mentally unfit to run an organisation let alone one that enjoys a tax exempt status', and they seek to infect others with their damaging teachings."
