Diest I did get your PM and will look into it.

I did not have a problem with it, nor has anyone else that I know of, but rather be safe than sorry.

Try dl again, the file supposed to be 137mb. For some odd reason when I tried dl it the first couple times it send a small zip which set off the virus and on the third try the proper file was sent - 137mb. Very odd, must be Jehovah sending viruses ;)

Really strange Diamondiiz.....You are right it downloaded too fast the first time for it to be 132MB. Now the 132mb file is downloading. I wonder whats up with send space.

Blond Moment, looks like your file is good, it is just some issue with send space's servers....

Interesting, the attorney-client priviledge evoked, to stop the witness from saying he was advised by Bethel on what to do. Sickening.

Exactly, and I don't know how they got away with it. The legal department has attorneys to represent the Watch Tower, not the elders. There was a BOE letter posted recently that quoted the Watch Tower as instructing the elders not to refer to the legal department as their attorneys.

Edited to add: Here's the post with the letter. Look especially at number 11.

If any unauthorized person seeks confidential information from you, simply state: "As a
minister I have a duty to keep certain matters confidential and must consult my attorney before answering
any questions." There is no need to state that you will be contacting the Legal Department.

If the inquiring party presses for more information about a confidential matter or for the identity of
your attorney, do not be intimidated by threats and do not make any other statements. Simply ask
for the person's name, telephone number, title, and the office he represents, and tell him that you
will need to talk to your attorney before you respond to his request. Then, call the Legal Department
    immediately for legal direction.

    Bold is mine.
