You have missed the point, the mainstream's churches are often under the 1905's law and they are exempted from taxes.
Some association of mainstream's churches are under 1901's law but they didn't have problems on Social Security on other taxes as JW had. This is because the JW still forgetted to pay some taxes, that the french's IRS has made further research.
French's JW are not under the 1905"s law, so they must payed the tax..

As far as i understand, it is impossible, even if the JW would be recognised as a 1905's association, this is not retroactive (?? french's word ???)
Second, the JW are trying to take action in the European's Comission but this comission is not concerned by tax and even if the JW could win here, the European's comission could not oblige France to change its decision.It is interesting to talk about how the french's JW association has no money comparing to england or United States JW, i think they have planified to have no money to cry as victims.
Perhaps i could try to write something in english about that..
