In my day, late 1950's to mid 1960's we had the Presiding Minister, the Assistant Presiding Minister, the Ministry School Servant, The Bible Study Servant, The Watchtower study servant? The Book Study Servant. Then we had the Circuit Servant, the District Servant, The Branch Servant ? I think the titles are revealing. Back then you held a position as a servant, you served the brothers and sister's, now your an overseer who's role is to supervise the brothers and the sisters..
Back then I never signed up to be a superviser just a servent. -

LOL Captain Schmideo!
In reality
CoBE = Longest time server OR most well connected
Secretary = Either poor bloke who couldnt get out of it or ambitious young star
Service Overseer = The only pioneer on the Elder body OR wife is a pioneer OR in slack congos, the one who is around to take the midweek service arangement...
WT Overseer = Oldest (most experienced) elder if not CoBE, usually the worst time keeper.
TMS Overseer = Booby prize
The service committee is composed of the CoBE, Secretary & Service Overseer. The Service Committe is information central.
Accounts Servant = Usually handled by Mrs Sister Accounts Servant. Unofficially of course!

Another piece of trivia. Who are Watchtower representatives? Answer: not the rank-n-file, nor any of the above. It includes Circuit Overseers or above.

@Elder Elite- Sorry...no disrespect intended....there are quite a few exceptions to that naming convention.
