Ernest Borgnine, the beefy screen star known for blustery, often villainous roles, but who won the best-actor Oscar for playing against type as a lovesick butcher in Marty in 1955, died Sunday. He was 95.

Full of life right up the end. Good for him. He deserved it after being married to Ethel Merman for 6 long weeks.

Hollywood icon ZSA ZSA GABOR wants to live out her days as a Beverly Hills recluse - but she's not ready to die just yet, according to her husband.
Frederic Prinz von Anhalt has taken to TV in America in a bid to dismiss reports his 92-year-old wife is close to death.
And he insists she simply doesn't want to be seen out and about.
He tells news show Entertainment Tonight, "My wife is not dying - it is ridiculous. She gets all the tabloids and she sees the things and she just smiles."
Gabor was left wheelchair bound after a car accident and a stroke, but she's happy to enjoy life confined in her Bel Air mansion
