It could "none of the above" or "other" groups that aren't tracked, like Scientologists, or some New Age religions, or perhaps they do not belong to any religion but no longer consider themselves atheist. I also note that Buddhists aren't mentioned in that quote. We'd need to see more data to know how it breaks out.
