1. We should mass produce these cards and hand them out to everyone...care of Elder anonomus.......charge $1 on EBay.
I once turned up to the C.O without one and was introduced to a dumbass Elder who looked me over for my badge rather then ask me who I was...what an asshole.

Yep, I too remember the flap that occurs when no badges are available, ...also the stigma of turning up at the convention without one and all the hassle and being followed by attendants that that involves.
But now they are encouraged (commanded) to wear their meeting clothes and convention badges at ALL times while in the convention city.
Only in a cult eh.

What is the point of distributing invitations to the convention to the general public if you need a badge not be viewed suspiciously at the convention site, and only baptised Witnesses get given them?
