My BMI is 22. Creepy thing is I am to be a Vietnamese. That's pretty darn close guessing!
Interestingly when I lowered 2 lbs, I am an African. That tells a lot about their malnourshed condition. (I am not by any means)

Hi. I am from Bangladesh with BMI of 18! Currently just had steak and chips with chocolate pudding for afters and very large glass of red wine - am now stuffing bag of caramel nibbles! Must eat more......
one of the side effects of my medixcation ..'weight retention'. so its fat or go nuts..hmm

I'm 60 and like Micronesia............... how bad is that? can't figure out
60 is morbidly obese. It will shorten your life. Might be time to change some habbits.
