Actually, the only main character alive from The Jeffersons, is Damon Evans who played Lionel, Mike Evans played Lionel on All in the Family and Damon took over on The Jeffersons.
I used to work with Damon Evans at Morgan Stanley, he was runner, same as delivery guy, between the different bldgs MS had in the city. Funny thing about him was, he would talk to you about any other plays he was in, his CD, guest starring roles, but whenever anyone mentioned The Jeffersons to him, it was as if the Mafia owned the show and told him not to say another word about it. He would just nod his head with a faint smile and that's all you got out of him as far as "The Jeffersons" was concerned
