Adding to your comments: The WTS has never quite understood that one can be spiritual awake and at the same time live a sustianable life with sound daily routines.
Depression is a result of many components.
If you are a jw; try to keep a sound daily routine with physical training at least 3-4 times a week. Make progression slowly. Do not think that you are Usain Bolt. Training keeps your brain in check. Get enogh sleep, at least 8 hours every day. Eat well, 4-5 times a day. Mainly fruit and vegetables, olive oil, green tea, fish, garlic, etc. Stay of the McDonalds diet. Get some education and a rewarding job, full time or at least 70-80% of full time. Don't judge others and live by love not fear, it is possible even though you are a jw. Seek medical help, whenever you need it.
