I still can't get over how the WT gets the cojones to demand fairness and constitutional clemency while denying the same to its victims.
I hope they get Judge Judy next time.

Can someone explain why the Watchtower, after allegedly dismissed Cadance Cont's God-fearing and humble parents as 'bad parents', faults the the Court for not including them on the case? Do you think, might their inclusion could have substantially helped the Watchtower to win a favourable judgement?

I noticed that too. I really can't say for sure if it would make a difference other than make the WT appear to be reaaaaallly reaching. C'mon. If "bad parenting" was a admissible evidence in court, half the kids in this country would be yanked away.
It does go along with the double standards of the Watchtower. on one hand the elder's protect Kendrick's identity. once caught, however, they can't attempt to distance him from Mother Borg fast enough. They give an impression of unity in the face of persecution in the ministry, but they are absolutely complacent as a member of their congregation used field service to molest a child.
It is a tragedy that anyone had to endure abuse of this sort (I have several relatives who have been abused by JWs in this manner) but the Organization deserves this egg on their face because they wouldn't SHUT UP about the Catholic scandals. (not that I'm a fan of Catholicism)
