What did you like about HIGH SCHOOL!

  My boyfriend. First love is so yummy. Oh and my "law in a free society" class was interesting too.

  We had this little room in high school exclusively for those in Secondary V. Boy, did we ever fool around in that room! Playing golf with a skirt marker and cups (we broke a couple...), doing our physics homework together at the last minute, playing pool for the first couple months, playing Playstation, listening to movies, putting weird stuff in the microwave, listening to rap CD's (Eminem, for the most part, then Snoop Dogg), etc. etc. etc. Boy, was that fun!

  And in Secondary V, we also had the immense pleasure of regularly going on field trips! Woohoo! So the class (we were 9) would fool around in the van, having a jolly good time....aaaah, those were the days...

  Princess was always older (mentally) than her peers. When she was in high school, many of the kids thought she was a teacher. She just had that "mature air". Very intimidating, but it explains why she married a man 10 years older than she was.

  French class with Madame Gill (prounced Jill)...

  Photography class with Mr. Russell...I still have my SLR

  Driving class with Mr. Ostrowski...he was the football coach and a mean SOB...I talked back and really gave him a hard time...for some reason he admired my spirit

  Home Economics with Miss Kiner...she was fresh out of college and told wonderful stories of boys and fun...she had us fill out a letter, that she would mail to our parents home address in 15 years. It was supposed to list our hopes and dreams. I ACTUALLY got it!! I could not believe what I said and how I wanted my live to go...I was waiting for armageddon!

  The absolute best part was the senior graduation party at Mark Macomber's house....we partied all night, the cops left us alone and I actually got to know people that I never spoke to AT school.

  Part B to the best part was having a job after class and on Saturday morning...I worked at a picture frame shop and HAD to open...I was able to slip out of going out in service because of it...my mother felt earning money was more important than earning a spot in paradise.

  Well, LB, you've said it... I agree with you, the raging teenage hormones were a part of daily life. Boy, did the girl's clothes get skimpier every year!

  Not that I look only at that, of course...
