"Miz" is the nickname for "No Room For George". I believe "Miz" is based on one of NFRG's previous usernames, and is an abbreviation for the word "miserable" or something.
It's been noted that Theocratic Sedition shares the same IP address as No Room For George, so we are clearly talking about someone undergoing an identity crisis who loves to provoke responses from people on this forum. I can remember not too long ago when he was posting as NRFG he used to love provoking female forum members with sexist threads. He's clearly a very bored individual and this is his preferred choice of entertainment.
