This is one of those times that I’m damned if I do, and damned if I don’t (gee, sounds like the last thread!). I know it doesn’t matter what I say, you will think I’m lying, but I’m not.
I’ve got to tell you that this is a bit shocking. I read your post and couldn’t figure out what it the world you were talking about. I read Declan’s post yesterday, and just figured it was one of the many people who have benefited from my book and decided to give me some support. I declined to post a thank you, because I just wanted to let the thread die.
But I honestly had no idea who “Declan” was and didn’t think to check the profile…until I read this thread. I just found out that it was my 15 year old son! Wow!
Now I have to also say that Michael is a good natured and sensitive guy. He doesn’t swear as a rule. I told him about our previous “thread war,” and he apparently read it through. Last night, he had trouble sleeping, and got angry over your hate-filled attacks on me, and decided to tell you a thing or two.
And man, did he nail you! In an incredibly well-written and succinct post, he pretty much summed up the situation. And he’s 15 years old! Wow, am I impressed!
Now here’s the kicker: If you think that I would be stupid enough to put my name in the profile to “anonymously attack you,” then think again! I don’t need to pretend. I’ve dressed people down before on this board with my own name. Why would I change it now?
I just have decided to quit behaving like you, and that is exactly why I have not spewed forth the hate that you have.
Any rate, you have had your say far too many times. I have listened to the same rants and raves by you over and over again.
I have nothing to prove to you or anyone else. Therefore, I am done with this matter. I will not be visiting this thread again. So say what you want; have your bitch session. I won’t see it. Furthermore, I won’t be responding to anything else you may say on any other thread either. If you had something worthwhile to say, maybe I’d listen. But you are beyond reason.
BTW, you have promoted my book far more than I could have ever hoped to! Thanks again!

I am really wondering what you meant by your post. I was also unclear what you meant by your post on the other thread as well. But I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt based on our long friendship. You know me, and I hope you know better than to buy into what Tallyman is saying. Our past goes way too far back to damage it now. E-mail me sometime.
