What percentage would you say of all Jehovah's witnesses really 100 percent follow the shunning decree to the letter just answer with a percent thank you

I never did shun, when told a person I had been talking to was disfellowshipped and I wasn't suppose to talk with them, did so anyway and when dub I was with said hey bro you can't do that, my reply was, "yes I can I just did and will continue to do so, no one tells me who I can or can't talk too." Guess I was a. Bit of a rebel to start with.
