You could touch on the fact that ming control contributing to religious fanaticism,although we may not be personally caught up in a cult etc,the affects of such still threaten the security of the free world profoundly.

gotcha

what particular personality types are drawn to this kind of religion (jw for that matter)?
and what has culture got to do with it? percentage of people from a culture type which are in cults/mind-control groups?

I have been working on getting one finished now for the past year. I have a publisher in mind, only two other's have made offers. I am not a professional writer so the editing and "arguing" :) over what stay's and what goes has a tendency to slow things down a bit.
Tell me Celtic, do you already have a publisher you aare happy with?
Just curious I haven't made my mind up yet. I'm not in a hurry. I prefer to take my time and go with someone who I feel confident in. It being my fist book.

If you want to find some good material for your book, then may I suggest you read the collective works of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. That should keep you busy for a long while.
