Oh wow Terry. I really feel for you. My thoughts are with you and I hope you get through this quickly.
As one Ice chewer to another.... I'l going to lay off the stuff, my jaws and teeth are not what they used to be (I now suffer with TMJD).

I haven't checked in to JWN in a while, and saw this thread today. I am sorry you are in pain and in the hospital.
I hope that you get better soon - or get the pain under control. That really needs to be controlled before you can focus on healing.

What an ordeal! :( That was a really fast-moving infection; I hope the antibiotics eliminate the infection and things will soon get back to normal.

Terry, I'm so sorry for the pain you are suffering.You should not have to suffer through all that pain And must let them know you need something stronger- like a morphine drip!!! Also, like Nathan Natas pointed out- you may need to be on an anti-fungal- if they haven't put you on one already.
You are very much missed, Terry. Thank you for giving an update- you're incredible!!!
