The WTS. over its long history or short history which ever way you perceive them can be seen continually making
outlandish proclamations such as Jesus has finally returned, Millions now living will never die,
1925 is a very significant date as well as 1975, these were all commercially devised proclamations to draw interest from the public.
Not to mention propagating fear into people's minds so that they distribute their published works.
This is all impart of the WTS. leaders attempt to cultivate interest toward the organization as well in the proliferation of the organization's
own published works. The foreboding reason why there is corruption within this particular religious organization is that there is an enormous
world wide publishing empire at its core operation.
This is just plain simple and honest logic.

If you like that type of information without all the smart remarks, just straight and presented fairly not dripping with hatred, if you have not checked out JWFacts.com yet, do so. I think you will like it.
Also if you are not ready to give up on religion all together but just question the WTBTS I reccomend listening to some podcasts. A couple I reccomend are Unbelievable and Truth Matters. You can find them on the itunes store under podcasts.

One thing I noted though. At 2:38 he stated the Governing Body was teaching the "last days having started in 1799" up until 1928. There was no GB in 1928. Rutherford was president and he ran the organization exclusively. GB offically begun in 1975/6.

Whoosier: I appreciate the concise, non-combative, informational method used in the presentation. Lots to think about with it. Since I'm very early in whatever journey this turns out to be, I'm interested in this type of logic.

This is exactly one of the things I found out during my study. I asked the conductor about it and he got all angry. I did not make that much "progress" during my study.
