Too bad he's not in Utah. They use a firing squad. Are there any hanging states? Now that would be gruesome... they hung one of Saddam's cousins who was very heavy. His head popped off. He didn't complain.

Too fat to execute? I would advise a good stiff exercise program, doing the opposite of those disclaimers "Always see your physician before starting an exercise program". Execution by heart attack could well result if he has to suddenly start doing heavy cardio and is not in good condition to do so.
