Maybe put a message to him in the classifieds? Leave it out there if anybody who knows him reads the entry perhaps they can pass it on to him :)

I recommend avoiding doing anything that might encourage him to interact with your kids. That may sound harsh, but he is a danger to them with his current personality and belief system. There is no chance that your kids can benefit from spending time with him. I wouldn't antagonize him, just let him disappear and get your kids into therapy.

Sharing your info with elders sounds like you want to expose him for the fake he is and hurt his privileges. Stick to dealing with the lawyers and family court, saving all your energy for what's best for the kids.
Even success in the congregational field will send some message to your kids that you are at war with him. End the war. They will see him for what he is. Whatever he does in violatumion of court orders concerning his responsibility should be dealt with in the legal arena.
