To navigate them, here is the logic. They quote the Matt scripture on the faithful slave. The one I quoted in Luke goes into deeper detail, not only an evil or faithful slave but 2 others as well. Then the other set is similar, about slaves being given silver and what they individually do with it then being appointed over cities. They are all obviously speaking about annointed and that either at their death or when the time comes and those who are alive are transformed, that they are sorted out into those categories.
So all annointed on Earth right now fall into one of those catagories. And being the 'faithful and discreet' one doesn't happen or isn't known until their work is done or their death when they get raised.
Paul himself spoke of seeking the higher calling and didn't consider himself as definitely having attained it.
Paul also spoke of those who had begun to rule as kings when their rule hadn't started yet. Imagine what they may have been doing if they were trying to rule as kings just then.
Paul also brings out that when the dead ones are being raised, those alive would be transformed into spirits and they all arise together.
Those who are the 'faithful and discreet' slaves are appointed over all thigns to rule the Earth for the 1,000 year reign.
They aren't called faithful and discreet while still alive on Earth and not already appointed over anything, they are all slaves, and each having to do work, they don't get the title until the end.
The scriptures in 2 Tim speaking about apostates bring out how they are teaching the resurrection has already occured.
Since it's proven in those other scriptures that those alive on Earth and those dead will begin their rule at the same time, all as spirit creatures, and since the WT teaches that the annointed were raised long ago and those alive on Earth today when they die are instantly going to heaven, that is not scriptual and matches the apostate teaching of the resurrection of the annointed having already occurred.
Not only have they done that, but they HAVE been ruling as kings just as Paul said of the others. Look at the life Rutherford lead, mansion, nice cars, first class, and the GB of recent, nice trips, fancy cars, living like kings with all their expenses and bills paid for by everyone else. None live like Paul, poor and supporting themselves when they can, etc.
I can't think of any rebuttals other then excuses or where else to go, I can't think of any to disprove that them being in heaven now is NOT apostate teachings or able to explain why it contradicts the scriptures.
