Well, Cedars....that was amazing...and incredibly sad.
"Mother did it have to be so dark?"
Whew...powerful.
Christ Alone - yes it is VERY poignant. I hope some of the lyrics will prompt people to think. They did a great job with it.
Here is my own modest offering...

I apologize for posting this...but...this is horrible.
I guess this answers the age old question: Can every native of Africa sing well? I think he's the one trying to harmonize...

This isn't a song, but I wrote this piano trio at the same time I disassociated. Looking back, I think it was influenced by what I was going through.

This trio for bassoon, piano and cello was started at the same time and used ideas that didn't quite fit with the first piece.
That's awesome, DT! Did you use Finale for that? I've done quite a bit of work in Finale and FL Studio.
Christ Alone,
Thanks, I used Cubase along with some sample libraries. I've never used Finale, but I've heard good things about it from others. I usually work with a piano roll editor instead of traditional music notation. It makes it easier for me to produce the sound file and is more appropriate for certain experimental tunings I sometimes work with that don't correspond to traditional notation. Later, I will convert it into regular music notation if it going to be performed or I want a score. I have used Harmony Assistant for that.
