What rules in the Elder's manual would Jesus be charged with if He were here today?
According to today's JW standards, would Jesus be considered an apostate or opposer?

BRAZEN CONDUCT because he would be trying to help those who were Disfellowshiped and mistreated and the G.B. would order him to stop.

All (almost) from the Sermon on the Mount:
Speaking against "glorious ones." (Because of speaking against his religious leaders - Mt chap.23)
Apostacy - Not accepting the current 'food at the proper time.' Mt 5:21, 22, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33 - 37, 38, 39
(Notice all the 'you heard what was said' vs 'however, I say to you ...')
(That would also qualify him as an 'independant thinker.')
Can't be an elder because he might be willing to report pedophile directly to the police. - Mt 5:41
Not treating disfellowshipped one correctly. - Mt 5:43 - 48
Not being exemplary. - Mt 6:1
Not using God's name in his prayer. - Mt 6:9 - 13
Therefore he can't do congregation prayers.
Not permitted to pioneer because he wouldn't allow them to announce his name to the congregation. - Mt 6:16 - 18
Disloyal. Wouldn't call the GB "faithful and discreet slave." - Mt 7:6
Did not say we should trust in "faithful and discreet slave. - John 14:1

Didn't disfellowship angels for celebrating his birth.
Showed too much enthusiasm for public schooling.
Didn't identify himself as archangel Michael even to stop attackers.
Dressed and had his hair cut like a hippy.
Didn't clarify how to calculate from 607 BC to 1914 though only intending to
return invisibly.
Said some eunuchs were born that way and some made that way instead of
teaching that all who weren't made that way chose it wrongly.
Didn't complain that the meat he was served was obsessively drained and
order the chef to bring him something juicier.
Asked followers to consider the lilies of the field without warning them not
to waste time on gardening that could be spent distributing scrolls.
Didn't command followers to drop government jobs, which led to Peter's
delinquency regarding Cornelius.
Didn't command followers to drop holidays, which led to Paul's delinquency at
Rom.14.
Didn't use the name Jehovah, which left followers to refer to themselves
anonymously as "witnesses" for about 1900 years.
Told those who wanted to kill a prostitute to dig themselves, which showed an
improper degree of involvement in civil rights.

Violated shunning rules.
Lived as long on his stake as one would on a cross indicating he wasted far
too much time on athletics and sports. -

I don't know about Jesus, but what about the Christians?
"But they have heard it rumored about *you that you have been teaching all the Jews among the nations an apostasy from Moses, telling them neither to circumcise their children nor to walk in the [solemn] customs." - Acts 21:21 (NWT); *Christians
It seems the Christians left off at least some teachings "peculiar to the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses" (ie the Jewish nation - Isaiah 43:10). -

Oh, yes, Jesus obviously didn't appreciate the name 'Jehovah' (and therefore could not have witnessed properly about him?)! He always addressed God as 'heavenly father'.

Of course he did face a "judicial committee" at the Sanhedrin, and they DF'd him big time.

Refusing to turn in his field service time would result in his being labeled 'inactive'.
Associating with two young sisters, allowing a woman to pour oil on his feet and cry on them = flirting with the opposite sex. Potentially loose conduct in the incident with the woman who had a flow of blood--circumstantial: how did Jesus know about that?
So....that, along with the other stuff above...Dial A for APOSTATE...

He'd likely be disfellowshipped for practicing magic.
