As soon as I read the thread title my heart sunk and I knew before even reading your words what happened. We truly lost a good man. He's one of the ones that gave me courage to post here. I was following his posts like he was a relative of mine. I'll miss him. R.I.P. Oompa

but the pain must have been unrelenting.
My brother committed suicide; I was relieved because I knew he wasn't hurting any longer. I hope there is an afterlife, though I am not convinced one exists. If it does, I hope Oompa is finally happy.

Very sad. I last heard oompa in a near death auto accident from which he miraculously recovered to resume posting here. Very sad indeed.
