I think Jam's suggestions are more likely to work, and have the added benefit that you can request they do not contact you in any way until you "feel you are ready for their help", tell them it is dangerous to you and them for them to do so.

And then you are free of aggro from them.

I always wanted to say, "My foot came out of the water BEFORE my head went under, and I was too embarrassed to say anything since so many people were looking on, Can I have a do over since I have never really felt a part of the Organzation?"

problem with that is that a 1000 plus people saw me baptized at a CA, they wouldn't have problems in gaining witnesses to that fateful event

Here is my true baptism story and I'm gonna try to convince elders my baptism was invalid. I was 16 and went thru questions. After last set of questions the elder told me he didn't recommend me to get baptized at that time. But he did say I could make my own choice. During the stand for two questions oath I realized I had not made a prayerful dedication to Jehovah. So, I never said yes to either question. I was scared and embarrassed and wondered if I should skip baptism but feeling too much pressure so I took the dunk. I think I could make a case for not following direction of organization and going thru with dunk under duress makes my baptism questionable or entirely invalid. Someday I will make my case with a secret camera ala ray publisher

CAUTION Lied2NoMore. be very careful here and sharp witted as a coyote. Perhaps a better approach is to make well known to everyone the invalid nature of your non-baptism, before ANY conflict with the elders. secure the sympathy and support of the congregation publishers and elders. If any judicial action starts now or soon you are in a precarious position facing needless suffering perhaps. Set the stage and you may get the last laugh. If the elders and all the congregation are convinced you are meek and contrite, seeking a real baptism, they will be on your side and provide you the evidence required for a successful outcome. convince everyone you are unhappy and desperate to have a "real baptism", that you are living a hypocritical and false life having not fulfilled the society's outline for those qualifying for baptism. You need a baptism at the earliest possibility, perhaps the next CA. When the elders get on board with your desire and plan, you have your ticket out. rejoice with everyone about your arrangements for a new baptism. record all your meetings with the elders as you prepare for your 2nd baptism , a valid baptism. go all the way to the CA baptism crowd, and pool. hold your hands over your mouth during the response where you are expeced to say yes in a public displlay that you willl not say yes to their odious request. Walk past the pool. The organization is left in the awkward position of trying to disfellowship someone they had just agreed to baptise, someone they had agreed was not baptised according to the societies qualifications and therefore remained unbaptised but was now qualified to be baptised but refused to be baptised. Disfellowshipping you would then perhaps open them to litigation. good luck.

@jeandeau...love the idea, although I may have to do some back pedaling on some comments I have made to various ones critical to WT. I would love the outcome if I played this out in entirety. Especially the legal ramifications for WT if the decided to Eff with me

My SIL got out of it by saying she did not answer the questions. No one questioned what she claimed. She smoked, never went to meetings or field service. The cong accepted her being a non- baptized member until she died.

What would this accomplish? Say you get them to admit you are right, that they can't prove you were never baptized? The announcement is the exact same. "VMM44 is no longer one of Jehovah's Witnesses."
