And yes i`m familiar with the scriptures that say women should know their place , cant teach , have a head covering if they, do when no capable male is present etc.etc.
Yet they can become immortal and rule with christ as an equal with men for a thousand years ?
Are their inconsistincies here that prevent women from being part of the faithful & discreet slave class ? and should their be ?
maybe the women who claim to be of the annointed need to be more vocal and stand up for their rights

Women don't have rights in the WTS.
They are second class citizens.
If you try and stand up for yourself they grind you to dust.
If you are a woman with an opinion you are despised by men and other women alike because when people are oppressed they turn on one another.
I think a women of the annointed who stood up for her rights would just be put in her place and told she's not ruling with Christ yet, she's still under the headship of men.
Maybe someone who served in Bethel can tell us what the highest position held by a sister was.
SUCH a good point ! How can they rule as kings and priests in heaven, but only be allowed to bind old books on earth! In the UK bethel, there was an old 'anointed' (mentally deluded) woman. She used to bind the old books all day... I felt so sorry for her. She was really old. They didnt give her a break. Her hubby had his own office etc, she just had a little space to do her binding.
The highest position I have ever heard of for a woman, was B. Anderson. I think that will have been a lesson to the MEN in charge.
I HATE the inequality in JW's. When I see old friends now, I am disgusted at how the men talk to their wives and dominate them. Even on simple, every day decisions. Even on things like choosing films, choosing a car. The man just dictates. They will embarass the wife and put them down so much. What a horrid culture of inequality.

Hence why it's smart to comparison-shop for a religion before committing to one: there MAY be a better deal out there (eg Catholics don't hold out heaven to only SOME of their females, the ones who are exceptionally impressionable). You don't want to have a bad case of "buyer's remorse" (I coulda had a V-8)!
Women cannot stand up and for their rights. That would suggest that the WT is open to reforms, like many other religions. Of course they are not. They have the TRUTH and reforms only come from their god (the GB).
