    Here are some answers,

    1. The Big Bopper, Buddy Holly, and Richie Valense died in Clear Lake, Iowa. I have a friend, Paul Hanson, who lives there. He is the son of the founder of Wenabaggo Corp., which is located in nearby Forest City, Iowa.

    3. Blue Suede Shoes was first sung by Carl Perkins. I used to have the record.

    4. Jimmy Swagart's cousin is Jerry Lee Lewis.

    6. The term rock and roll was made popular by Alan Freed. His story is told in the movie, American Hot Wax.

    7. As RW pointed out the first R&R song was Rock around the clock.

    10. All of the members of Boston were electrical engineering students in college.

The black blues singer who sang Houndog before Elvis, was Big Mamma Thornton.

    OK, let's try these:

Where did the following people live? City or state will be fine.

    Elvis
    Buddy Holly
    Little Richard
    Bob Dylan
    Divo
    Bobby Daran
    Richie Valens
    Janice Joplin
