organisation necessary ?

This weeks meeting, there was one talk about the need for an organisation, taken from the reasoning book.

The usual stuff, how would preaching be possible wiithout org, or the command (?) from hebrews to gather together etc..

However, I thought, the fact, that esp. the preaching work needs an organisation proofs that they are not supported by a higher power. If god (in case he exists) really wanted a group of people to preach some good news, why does he need a human construct like an organized religion ?

Why not direkt individually with holy spirit his people ? That would actually be proof of his existence and his approval of this particular group of people. However, everything around the preaching work of JW, even if it might be an achievement on its own, can be explained being done with human efforts. Anybody who says different, I would challenge, to just stop the reporting, the pioneer-title etc,and see, how many witnesses keep going out as much as now...all these things are human techniques to get people working, a guilt and reward system, nothing divine to spot there...

My point: The existence of the org actually proofs, God is not with them...(quite the opposite of what JW are taught)

'Why not direkt individually with holy spirit his people ?'

Exactly. Don't forget though, that in the nt, it is jesus that is supposed to be there having an individual realationship w each christian. So, anyway, between the two of them, god and jesus directing each christian, no org would be necesary. They would be all things to each christian. A christian would lack nothing, having those 2 as his invisible buddies. Believers could still meet for coffees or beers to compare notes. But, the guiding force(s) would be god and jesus, the duality, or the trinity, if you wanna include the holy spirit. No org necesary.

'Why not direkt individually with holy spirit his people ?'

    I agree.

inbetween - that's exactly what he did. Paul was directed by Holy Spirit and went off to do his work. He didn't report to the apostles. All who are lead by holy spirit are taught by holy spirit. The teaching is only to give a foundation if they even needed that to begin with then if they have faith God takes over. There is no big organized religion with men directing everything.

I think many are going to be awakening and maybe groups will be forming and they will all be utilizing gifts of the spirit. None of that was ever to have stopped until Christs return. False religion is what blocked that.

It is such a strawman argument. They do not mean you need an organisation, they mean "You need OUR Organisation, God needs OUR Organisation." The preaching about Christ is being sucessfully done by thousands of organisations.

If jesus was real and powerful, like the nt describes him, why are orgs, or even preaching about him necessary? He can just keep appearing to his opposers, like he did to paul as a really bright light and a voice that put him into shock for days, or to the apostles, walking on the water towards them. Stuff like that by jesus directly would be converting peoples, atheists, muslims, buddhists, hindus, and reaffirming christians by the millions.

Considering that word is not found in the Bible, I wouldn't think it in necessary. Isn't that the reason they say the Trinity is not correct?

You do not need a large global 'organisation' as the Society says, but neither can you go it all entirely alone as the 'apostates' say. The truth is of course is that scripturally-speaking it is all about CONGREGATIONS. And what is a congregation? "Wherever two or more of you are gathered, there I am" said Jesus. So even a tiny house group of two persons is enough, but the popular view amongst ex-JW's that completely solitary worship is ok is just as fallacious as the idea that we must be part of a global unified organisation.
