John Wayne wasn't really a cowboy, and Clint isn't really a cop.
What do ya mean
NONE
We have not had TV for 2 years now, and to be honest, don't miss a single show. The other week we saw a series/drama etc on TV and guess what? It was a repeat of the last one we saw 2 years earlier...
Fir the first week you 'miss' the show/s then you forget all about the contrived, advert laden mind sucking 'reality' portrayed and served up with a side dish of tempters for the next weeks story.
Guess it's pretty obvious I dislike TV intensly!

steve2,
And how fantastic it is to see two gay guys acting like...two gay guys
From how you wrote this, it sounded to me as if you thought both the actors were gay, not just acting gay.
My bad.
My wife and I like to watch : Grimm, Hell on Wheels, Leverage, The Mentalist . My wife is into Zombies and creepy critters like that appear on The Walking Dead . So programs like these we like. We enjoyed Alcatraz when it was on but I think it got cancelled. We have watched Hawaii 5-0 as well at times. As a huge S.F. Giants baseball fan I am enjoying the San Francisco Giants playoff run right now ! Does THAT count as a mini-series ? LOL ! Peace out, Mr. Flipper
Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy and Boardwalk Empire...
MAD MEN!!! How long must we wait to see Don Draper again????
I record the following in order of importance (I can't stand all of the commericals so recording allows me to fast forward).
Son's of Anarchy, Hamlet retold through a motorcycle club or a biker club similar to the Soprano's. Great acting, developed charactors and always surprising, very violent and equally tender.
Game of Thrones. The first four books were an increditable read don't deny yourself the pleasure of G.R.R.Martin's writing. It was so good I used to limit myself to one chapter a day to spread out the pleasure. The show is excellant by the way.
The Voice, especially the auditions. Unlike the terrible American Idol good singers are selected to audition to the backs of four chairs. The judges are sitting in them but can't see who's singing. The judges are truly great by the way (google the show if your interested) If they turn their chairs around in approval (before the song is over) they in turn get to be judged by the singer who selects which juror would do the best coaching job for them. What I particually like is that if no one turns their chair around they will explain why and how to correct the problem and encourage them to try again in a year. A number of them do come back. The total experience is healthy and interesting and the music is great.
