Welcome. I also had two very loving JW parents both now deceased. There's no personal relief from that for me - theyweretruly humble folk who were incredibly trusting...and naive, although my JW mother was nicely feisty towards the local elders in her older years and protective of me. They didn't dare call her to task!
I understand your caution and regard for your parents wellbeing. They do not realize what a wonderful child they have
