To reply to specific people, just put their name at the beginning of your comment, as I've just done in this comment.
You can also use high-lighting to point out whatever you've quoted, if using the "quote" function is a bit too difficult - and I'll say, it's driven ME up a wall or two!!
At the top of each "Post a reply" box, you'll see a grey-background "tool bar".
In the SECOND row of that "tool bar", at the very end, you'll see a large letter "A" and an "ab" with what is supposed to be a "crayon" icon.
The "large letter A" lets you color your TEXT - the letters and numbers.
The "ab with weird crayon icon" will let you color the BACKGROUND of your text.
You must FIRST High-light what you want to color. Do this by positioning your 'cursor' - that thing that your 'mouse' moves around - at the beginning of the sentence you want to color, and HOLDING DOWN THE LEFT BUTTON ON THE MOUSE, 'drag' it across.
Your 'selected' text should now be 'hi-lited' - but NOTHING will happen at this point, unless you go STRAIGHT to the "A" or "ab crayon" button and click on the little 'arrow' next to them.
Then you can select the colors that you want.
Please feel free TO EXPERIMENT.

Minimus, I need help, too. I get beaten up quite often by certain posters-- If you take sides with Minimus and I , then we shall feel compelled to help you out, when you get beat up-- see how this works?--We all need help, except maybe OutLaw, he knows when to take the side exit before the folding chairs start flying.
We used to have badges- when you made it to 1000 posts you became a Jedi- that was your all grown up badge-
If you are new, wait until near the end of page one to comment- see which way the wind is blowing first - by commenting on page one, your name will be remembered more. After posting a comment, try to check back and see, if anyone asked you a question or commented on your comment- it's good ettiquette. Ignore the boorish comments you get, if you can. AND, try not to let anyone know what your "hot button" is--
Some posters here are strange- hearing voices from God is a tip off- good luck.

Listen to Moshe on this, Haboob. There are a few schizophrenics posting here - they think they hear the voice of "god" or "jeheshua" or whomever...
Me - I just heard my stomach rumble. That's about the only "voice" I ever hear...

You will find a lot of cool stuff on these cites. There are of course many, many other really good sites. Youtube has some terrific videos.
