Well ask around, a jw relative CALLED me and said it was announced at their meeting about it being new light at the annual meeting. No idea if they read a letter or an overzealous elder there said it? We'll find out, if it was an offiical announcement then everybody who goes to meetings will hear it this week.

Well, that's another, sounds like it is being announced this week, if it was announced at a circuit assembly.
That means GB is getting a lot of heat as more true light is spreading to let it be announced or have it announced so fast before publication releases. And new light is usually subtle.
