Alice honed her dissection skills and anatomy knowledge under the very same person as me, in the very same room. She did her medical degree at my medical school, one of a very few med schools in the world that do full human dissection due to costs and human tissue regulations. I just wish I was attending when she was, instead of reading some poor mug the live forever book in my late teens.... Man I love intelligent women....talk science to me baby! I can imagine the pillow talk.... Mitochondria, ribosomes,, the reptilian limbic system providing the 'basic instincts' of a human, super colliding and getting my bos-ON.... Oh yes indeedy....

Yes, I was afraid my comment would be taken as a derogatory one towards women, but I am the last person to do that, ask all my wives and girlfriends !

But I did not mean it that way, and I'm sure Hamsterbait was not going down that route, though the users of the german saying may have, at least long ago, what I was observing was that it is often harder for our dear girls to leave the WT because they do not want to lose their faith in God.

What they do not realise is that they do not have to lose their faith in God if they leave, and indeed they may find faith in a much nicer God than the God of the WT/JW's , nasty bugger he is.

Look at Sammy (Tec) and others on here, you can tell by their pleasant, kind manner that the God they revere is an O.K guy.

Witness My Fury

Very interesting viewing (inc the fit Alice). Thru a JW lens we would have argued that they make waaaay tooo much out of a few bones and a lot of conjecture. But this program actually shows a lot of the reasoning behind the process of deduction and the claims being made so i wonder how any JWs who bravely watched it would be thinking now?

I wish they would explain the dating of the finds better though, like a final icing on the cake to cut thru the JW dissonance.

I have noticed, and this is an observation not a criticism, that our dear lady friends seem to hang on to some form of belief far more than the men,

I think we cling to the distant belief of having that "perfect man" longer because we desire it so much but men already have us wonderful females that are not very far distant from perfection already.
