There is cloaking technology now, like the invisible car, etc if you google and search around, based on cameras, mirrors, etc.
So my guess is probably cloaking technology for aircraft now too?
Anyway any guesses? I only saw that video, couldn't find any article on investigations into what it is or reports or anything.

How about Jet-fuel/Jet A1/Avtur,thats been jettisoned from a Jet, commercial, or Air Force, at very high altitude ,solidifies from the extreme cold and theirs your seemingly transparent UFO.
