There's a lot of people that watch pornography that don't kill anybody. He probably played violent video games too?
The fact is that he did a terrible thing and deserves to die.
This also makes me wonder: How exactly would someone define what a "pornography problem" is? At what point is it a problem?

Not saying he doesnt deserve the DP, but is it possible someone can be so into porno that women can become less than human? Not making excuses, but trying to imagine a narrative. On another note I feel a little sorry for dude. He was outta his mind when he did what he did and judging from his emotional state in court, the realization of his actions are eating him up. I wouldnt be surprised if prison or the DP are the least of his worries. He realizes what he did to the families involved. If he is truly a believer still, he probably feels like Jehovah could never forgive him.

I dont think he feels bad for himself, and hes no sociopath at least not in the purest sense of sociopathic behavior. He's not a thorobred killer to me. Just a dude who let his emotions get the better of him. Weak minded and fragile.

Dont get me wrong as I'm not losing sleep over him, but there's a side of me, a very small side albeit, that feels some pity towards him. He reminds me of OJ in the sense that he's not built like that. After OJ got off, he started crackin, you could see his mental state was deteriorating. I think the reason was he wasnt prepared for the anguish that comes with killing. Some people have it, most dont. I've known people throughout the years, mainly my younger years that committed murder but lived life as if nothing happened. They could compartmentalize it somehow. This Holt guy isnt one of those people.
