  A JW's woman has killed herself and his son three weeks ago in Arpajon near Paris.

  "UN TERRIBLE drame familial s'est déroulé samedi soir dans un appartement de
  Linas. Une femme âgée de 35 ans a tué son fils, âgé de 2 ans, avant de se
  pendre
  avec une corde. Selon les premiers éléments de l'enquête, confiée au
  commissariat d'Arpajon, le petit garçon serait décédé par ingestion de
  médicaments. C'est le père qui aurait découvert la tragédie en fin de
  soirée,
  alors qu'il revenait de son travail. Placé en garde à vue, il a été remis en
  liberté dès dimanche soir. Lorsque les policiers et les secours arrivent au
  domicile conjugal, situé chemin des Fonceaux à Linas, aux alentours de
  minuit,
  il est malheureusement déjà trop tard. La mère est allongée par terre, dans
  le
  couloir du logement. Son fils, lui, gît sur son lit dans sa chambre. Le
  père, un
  gérant d'entreprise, âgé de 45 ans, explique qu'il vient de découvrir les
  corps.
  Mais les policiers décident de le placer en garde à vue, en attendant
  notamment
  les résultats des deux autopsies.
  Expertises toxicologiques Pratiquées dimanche, celles-ci ont confirmé la
  mort
  par pendaison de la mère, ainsi que l'origine du décès du petit garçon.
  Néanmoins, un complément d'expertises toxicologiques vient d'être ordonné
  pour
  les besoins de l'enquête. Les policiers cherchent désormais à déterminer les
  raisons précises de cette horrible tragédie. Ils veulent également savoir si
  le
  fait que le couple appartienne aux Témoins de Jéhovah peut avoir un rapport
  avec
  le drame.

  One wonders if some of these "suicides" may not be suicides but cult murders. The cults have secret pedophilia etc which they want kept covered up. Thank you for the information out of France!

  According to a priliminary investigation by the police station in Arpajon, the little boy died from drugs. His father discovered the tragedy at the end of the evening, upon returning from work. Placed in police custody, he was set free Sunday evening.

  When the police officers and the helps arrive at the couple's home, located along the Fonceaux road in Linas, about midnight, it was unfortunately already too late.

  The mother lay on the ground in the housing corridor. Her son lay upon a bed in his room. The father, a company many, age 45, explained that he had just discovered the bodies. But the police officers decide to place him custody, in particular while waiting for the results of the two autopsies.

  Practised toxicological expertises Sunday, confirmed death as hanging for the mother, as well as the origin of death for the little boy. Nevertheless, additional toxicological studies have just been ordered to help with the investigation.

  The police officers are trying to determine the precise reasons for this horrible tragedy. They want to also know if the fact that the couple belongs to Jehovah's Witnesses may have a bearing.

  If it turns out to have been suicide it makes you wonder how many more happen that we dont know about?

  I'm glad that the French police are looking for a relationship - the more authorities investigate jw suicides, the more likely that a relationship is found. Perhaps not a legal one.....but a psychological one at the least. Depression is a powerful tool in the wrong hands.

  Perhaps with enough bad international press, the WTBTS will stop the "psychological abuse" of people....and the suicides will lessen.

  I am in contact with a ex-jw who knows the family, it seems that the couple has becomed "cold in the truth" since few years, and that the woman was particularly dispressed about that...
