It was common to touch up photos with brush, as for second table the persons were not stil they had moved during the exposure hence the burred effect.
for the guy that appears fake, i think it was an empty seat and they painted in a figure,, top artist, nicely done and at the time few would have been critical enough to know it. maybe even a likness of someone that used to sit in that place.

Hmmm, so it seems reasonable to conclude that the falling out between Watchtower and Sparlock goes back much further that the video this summer. I wonder if Sparlock got the boot for not conjuring up enough booze for da judge?
