Gosh. I know that sick book so well, but even just looking at the images has the weirdest gut effect on me.
I cannot express how profoundly the JW's affected me. *shudder*

Interestingly, the German "2012 printing" edition contains the original text on page 84. Mentioning that the Bible Students were right only in the 19th century ;)
